Do I need a business idea to get involved?

No business idea is required to start a conversation. Exploring your interests, identifying the assets you already control, and understanding different ownership roles can be useful first steps. Program eligibility and access will be confirmed by A2X.

Is this only for retired athletes?

The direction includes active athletes as well as people navigating life beyond competition. An ownership strategy can be developed alongside a playing career. Time, experience, goals, and the right level of involvement matter more than a single career stage.

Does my business need to be related to sports?

Your interests can extend into AI, aerospace, hardware, climate, media, or other industries. A2X’s approach is to pair transferable experience with the specific knowledge, technical expertise, and relationships a new field requires.

Is A2X only for people who want to found a company?

Founding is one pathway. Investing, becoming an equity partner, advising, licensing intellectual property, acquiring a business, and creating owned work are also part of the learning framework. Each has distinct responsibilities and risks.
